Long Term Parking at Alicante Airport

Hi, we also have recently purchased a holiday home near Albox and purchased a Spanish car for the very same reason that you mentioned.  Whilst taking visitors to the airport, we decided to have a look at Long term car parks to see what was available and there were many to chose from.  We selected a company called Victoria and have now left our car with them until we return.  They are open 24 hours a day, speak good English and will transport us up to ten times back and forth to the airport.  We have selected to have our car parked under cover and they will valet it if we want. They provide other services such as arranging the Spanish equivalent MOT if it is due whilst you are in the uk. We have to give them a couple of days notice of when we are arriving from UK. Unfortunately I can’t give you a proper review as we haven’t yet returned.  I can only go by my gut feeling at the time.  victoria-parking.com

We have had our place near Bedar since 2002. We were coming for 2 weeks or three at a time but in2008/9 the car hires went through the roof. Just as we were staying for 6 weeks at a time ! So ,we bought an old 11yo car and have never looked back. We park at Plane Parking at Alicante with Nikki. €300 a year , they will bring the car to Murcia airport for a small charge if that was the flight we happened to get, or use Murcia as your main parking and vice versa  All English, all helpful,such a great service. Lovely people and family owned . They have organised repairs and ITVs over the years , and organised replacement of a widescreen last year . We then started to have to drive down as we now have two rescue dogs with us, but we would park the British car with them and pick up our Spanish car for the holidays. We ve , just now, this week decided to park the U.K. car here at our house and so cancelled with Plane Parking after being with them for 10 years.  Cannot recommend them enough. Get off the plane, ring them when we are at the front of the terminal, they bring the car through the barrier, hand you the keys to your washed car and you are off. I LOVED IT. While those are still in the queue to rent and jumping through the hoops!   Car tax to the Townhall ,we pay through DD about €100. our ins through Linea Directa is about €400 but that’s fully comp for a ,now, 24 yo car, and we wouldn’t get that ins on such an old car but as we have been customers so long they are Great with us.Compare that to One hire and you are up on the deal straight away . Our car sails through the ITV every year ,no rust lol.   If you do go with them mention Trudi and her Green Goddess.  lol. Good luck and I hope this helps you.

Victoria parking are right by Alicante Airport . When arrive go to coach park and get on courtsey bus and they take you to get car , you then return car and they run you back to airport. I was with these for 10 years and prices vary a little i paid a little more and had car under cover when parked up i paid around 450 euros a year . They will get car cleaned serviced and MOT if needed and always reasonable prices. They only do Alicante and i wanted to do two Alicante or the new Corvera so i changed to Parknfly who are also very good. When i go to Alicante i still go to Victoria as i always did and Covera they are waiting outside with car on arrival and waiting on depaerture to take car back. For this service its 550 euros. Re MOT in Spain a car has to be MOt,d every 2 years till 10 years old (not yearlly) then yearly after 10 years.

We too use Plane Parking. Always helpful prompt and reliable.

We are in our second year with them now and would recommend without reservations. 

We have left our car and used Seguro for 12  years and they have been absolutely brilliant -we currently have a dual contract with them for Murcia/Alicante for €425 for a year. There is no limit to drop offs and pickups.  There is no being taken by mini bus to a depot to collect your car as they are waiting just outside the main entrance on your arrival and hand over the keys. They offer several other services like valeting, organising the ITV, repairs, servicing and even organise the metriculation if you are taking your car and leaving it permanently in Spain.  Takes a lot of issues off your shoulders!!

Exactly the Same service from Plane Parking and more expensive.  €330 for dual Airports,so better price 

Another one here for Plane Parking. Used them for 3 years and just renewed yesterday for another year. Call them when you collect your suitcase and then head up to the departures area and the car is waiting or certainly there in a few minutes. Same service when you return for you flight home, turn up and hand the keys over and go catch your flight. This year, due to COVID and the limited flights we could make, we got Plane Parking to put our car through the ITV (mot) so it was all ready and legal when we did manage to get out to Spain. They also fitted a new battery and had the air con re-gassed. Yes it cost us more than a local garage would have charged but it saved us at least a day of inconvenience during our holiday. We can’t fault Plane Parking 

Exactly same here, itv and some repairs but I was quoted £200 for handbrake and they done it for €98
