Try PadPal opposite Longos and next door to the Michelin Tyres and Auto Mechanics, I believe they are open Sundays.
They speak English.

PayPal in Albox. You might need to book early in advance. We hired from them when our car was in the garage. Popular as they are reasonably cheap. Also car/van hire in Huercal Overa (25 minutes from Albox). If you Google car hire in Huercal overa.
