You will also need a "certificate of conformity" from Peugeot, a main dealer should be able to sort that for you sometimes free or for a few quid or contact Peugeot UK directly as I did with Mazda. Explain you are going to export car to Spain and need the certificate.

It's a common process over here, there are many abagados that will sort it all out for you if you can present the relevant vehicle documents, your NIE, padron etc... My car was a rather unusual one not common in Spain so none of the very many scrap yards here had parts for my car hence sourcing lights before I moved. Overall cost to matriculate mine was about 1000 euros. I will probably have to buy a cheap car this year as mine has a few issues now although has got through 6 ITV's without trouble. I have a limited budget of 1500 max for another vehicles but there are always cars in my area for that or less. Being a Peugeot you may find headlamps out here at a scrapyard. A local Spanish garage will probably source a pair for you.
