Apart from water and electrics, the other yearly tax is IBI, known as SUMA also.

We set up a direct debit with our bank after a visit to the town hall , I would believe you can do the same if you have the details with you in the UK, may be a good idea to contact you bank and request the same and explain that due to restrictions you are unable to get out there to set
