Your photo of the food looks delicious!! Do you know what times they serve food or is it open all day?
Unfortunately being a small business with all the associated costs, they did not manage to get enough business to keep going so they had to close down.
So very sad as they were a great team, friendly and accommodating with delicious food. :-(
That is sad. Im very sorry to hear that. Was looking forward to a visit :(
Yes it is very sad 😔 and such a shame but small businesses setting up do get crippled with costs they have to pay. They had to cut their losses before it was too late. 😟

There's still 'Bar San Miguel', almost next door.

Whats is like in Miguels Puff? Ive not been in there although Ive heard good things. Do they do food as well as tapas?
Must admit Ive been a bit lazy..I tend to stroll to the Gasolinera ( The owner is always willing to get one of the ladies in to cook food) or Pepe's, although I do make a point of going into the bar on the corner a street down from Miguels as the Tapas is really good even if it is a squeeze at times
I also haven't been in the Disco bar Torre yet either. Are there any others for food ? ( The pizza place Ive never seen open)
Paul.
ps..Sorry to jump on your thread Dawn
Not a problem Paul, I’ve gone past the pizza place a few times but it’s never been open so if Puff has details on if and when it’s open that would be helpful for me too 😁

PabloPaul, I’m confused, there is no bar down from ‘Bar San Miguel’, unless we’re actually talking about the same bar? It’s run by José and his family, and it is on a corner, just up from the bar that has recently closed, on the opposite side and just down from the Caja Mar bank.
As well as tapas, Bar San Miguel does good raciones, which we often have a good blow out on.
Dawn, the pizza place was closed for some time, then last summer the owners daughter opened it for a few weeks, to make some money to go away to university with, I’ve no idea if it might open again?
HI Puff,
Apologies, I should pay more attention to names even though ive been in there countless times!!. Ive had a look on google and the bar Im referring to is San Antonio's.
Good tip for Miguels. Im over the weekend after next with my Father and will definetley pop in (at last)
Many Thanks
Paul
Ah that explains why it’s never open. Oh well I’ll continue making my own 😉
