Still a good price but when you have everything in place and now have to find another 10000 euros it’s very upsetting and disappointing!
The pictures are exactly the same looks like the same apartment? I’m very confused.

May as well still come as we will loose the money on our flights but I don’t think we can find another 10000!
Feels like our short lived dream has been shattered!
Probably will not be your neighbours now, We wish you all well in your new homes.

There are other properties for Sale in your price range !

Don't hesitate , and there are a couple more pueblos

nearby ,with houses for sale etc. Also ,you could talk

to the Estate Agent in Alhama. Ok

Just read your thread I believe we were looking at the same properties, I thought it was you that nabbed the flat when Daniel told me it had gone, bad luck, I wonder who purchased 😊 I have had a few communications about the flat. One which surprised me was the costs, I've pasted the list he gave me, I dont know if he gave you the actual figures for purchase, which put another 9k on top of advertised price 😞 Dont give up, it looks a lovely area, we are out next Wednesday for a proper hunt around.

Hi,

My husband and my family are thinking of purchasing a holiday home in Illar. But after reading some of the recent comments, I am a little dubious, regarding the duplex apartment. I have seen this on A Place in the Sun’s website.

We have only seen this today, so only considering it. Also do you know when the pool will be opened please?
