If that"s the case then  the EU probably will stop accepting the NHS app from UK tourists, dont you think

I really don't know but the NHS is different from the vaccination certificates isnt it?  Look at CAB site you'll get more accurate information. 

The UK is lifting its travel ban to a number of countries and more will follow, Portugal is already approved from Monday. 

The EU Digital Cert does not rely on being fully certified, a PCR test in the 72 hours prior to travel will be acceptable.

France opens it borders from 9th of June without a Digital Cert, a PCR test will suffice.

Thanks Jim, but the eu cert. will avoing quarantine and testing once being fully vaccinated and free to travel within the eu it will be or vaccinated or PCR test 72 hrs or enough antibodies afterbeing effected by covid 19 but my point is will the UK accept this cert. like EU is accepting the UK cert. under these conditions

And this is once this dig gr cert will be working expectation by 2-7-2021

1.  I fully expect that the UK will accept an EU digital Green Certificate, as we shall also need to have them to travel abroad. I am curious to know how taking a road trip through Europe is going to work. I intend to drive from UK to Sweden this summer.
