Ah I see, it’s just you said the banks were asking silly questions? I assumed, apologies. 

Is it more straight forward with a cash sale.

Can I also ask what cost are once completed on a monthly basis, for example do they have any thing similar to council taxes, gas water electricity communal fees. 

Just working out everything so I can get the ball rolling.

Bank asking stupid questions because they want to know where the €€ is coming from ...in case of fraud etc ..it can be a very frustrating few months try to purchase property with cash ...
