That would be lovely - we have a little finca out in Praje Mogaire - we’re just 1km from the village - we’re often seen dashing through in our very old blue Santana several times a week! I’m in the uk this week visiting the family will be back Sunday - let me know when you’re around to meet up

We don’t have a house in the uk now - staying with mum and dad for a few days in London then up to peterborough to see my son and grandchildren - we used to live just outside peterborough but sold everything at the end of last year to move lock stock to Spain! Whereabouts are you in the uk?

I'm in Manchester, still have properties here so I have a base here too as well as spain. Hope to move out 9 to 10 months of the year next year. I'm a nurse so still doing a bit lol I do aesthetics too. Derma fillers botox and facials etc .im 63 do got another 3 yeRs till I get my pension . But never mind its so cheap to live in Spain where we are x

We’ve just registered as self employed farmers but we’ll need to work a couple of days a week - just having a few months off while we settle in - you’re right it is cheap - particularly as we have no services at the house!

Hello All. New to the Forum. I have been looking at these flats in Illar for a while now. Probably left it too late now. Coming over in next few weeks. Do those who have completed have all the paperwork eg, bank guarantee, completion cert, cert of habitation etc? The reason I have hesitated is i am on my own and terrified of making a costly mistake with my small pot of savings. I feel more reassured since I  found this forum. I wish you all best of luck.
