Almeria is the closest airport, about half an hour away by car.

Beware of dodgy Hire Car deals ,can be expensive !

Hi. I am new to the forum and I am very interested in the apartment properties for sale via Daniel Marin in Illor at the Northern end of the town. I can see many people posting on here about them. Has anybody moved in recently and could advise on the condition of these properties, and whether the property management is all set up?. All I can see is a 2013 picture on google where they all look empty . I am keen because the price is tremendous but I am slightly concerned that nobody looks after the maintenance of the buildings. Any info would be greatly received
