Hi I have recently moved here and would like to get my HRT patches.  I have been to the pharmacy in Sorbas and he says he needs a prescription or a phone call, I guess from a doctor.  I am not registered with any doctor but have an NEI number and am applying for residencia. In Almeria I was told I could get it over the counter, it just needed to be ordered. So I’m confused! Any thoughts or suggestions welcome. Thanks.

It's a pity that the town hall doesn't seem to have put out any information but very recently the footpath has been opened again all clean and repaired and it makes a very nice walk from which one can see the hanging houses perhaps better than from anywhere else.

I'd be very interested in hearing comments from anyone who's used the mobile veterinary service here in Almería province.

I have an elderly dog who's showing disturbing symptoms and would prefer not to have to inflict on him a car journey to see his regular Vet.  He is a very bad traveller and with the heat etc. I would rather not put him through the ordeal.
