Hi we have just bought a property near Sobas and would like a good builder to build us a garage and outdoor kitchen near the pool area and other work in the garden e.g. Walls etc can anyone recommend anyone who's reliable and not too expensive thanks

There is only one in our humble opinion & we have used Richard Miller for years on both our properties. Faultless, professional, honest and competitive.
Don't just take my word, go onto the Arboleas Forum, www.arboleas.co.uk and scroll down to local tradespeople. Pages of commendations when most clients aren't even on that Forum. Trades under 'live the dream '.
Although we have a home in Mojacar Playa we would NEVER employ on.the Coast where Companies expect more for some reason.

We used Richard Miller on Bob's recommendation for refurbishment of 2 bathrooms and were not disappointed. Good quality workmanship at a reasonable price.
