Can anyone recommend a central heating installer in the Huércal-Overa area please.

Good morning all, we wish to purchase a car so that we don’t have to have any further dealing with car hire companies as we have been bitten a number of times!! Buying a usedcar seems like a mindfield and we are unsure of where to go and who to trust. The car will stay at our villa and be Spanish insured and registered.

We either want to buy a used Spanish register car in the UK and drive it over.

Or buy from a garage around the Huercal area but we are willing to travel further afield to purchase! 

It seems there is so much to be aware of ie past fines or debts linked to the car etc. If I have read right we also have to pay a further 4% purchase tax on top of the price quoted, what is that all about???

Any quidance about where to go and who to trust would be greatly appreciated. We are over in a week or so so could follow up on any leads given.

I want to install TV ( Spanish and foreign channels) and internet about 7 minutes drive towards the hills from Urcal - same question as the Vera Playa post, but may not be the same answer for a different area?  The house may be empty some of the time so I do not know if it is possible to get a package that reflects this in cost?  I would be really grateful for some advice from anyone with experience!

We have owned a home in Huercal a Overa for 3 years it is used by ourselves on holiday periods only as we have a 14 year old son so still have to fit in with term times. In 4 years we hope to move mostly to Spain ( 9 months on the year) by this time our son will be at Uni and we will be nearer retiring age. Is there something in light of the current political situation that we should be doing (except praying!!) that will allow us to live at our property at a future date?? We have NI numbers etc but no residency, would we have to apply for that now to secure our future. We are very confused about what to do for the best and would appreciate some advise, many thanks
