Hi Vin, check with the town hall 1st because jungle drums have been saying there's something of a blanket ban on pools being given permission for, think it might apply to in ground as opposed to above ground pools, something to do with water shortages and use, may be wrong but check 1st.

Btw, we live in Urcal lol. Let us know if you find out to the contrary, we have an in ground pool, theres another villa by the main road in/out that has an above ground pool just behind the front wall, dont know if it's a coincidence or not.

Yes am aware of that above ground pool but don't believe it was chosen because of a pool ban on inbuilt pools. Will check it out though. Thanks for your reply
