Hi, my husband and myself (both pensioners), went to Huercal Overa hospital on Wednesday for a 5 o'clock appointment at the dermatology department, using the front entrance of the hospital initially, after having parked in the large car park opposite.

We left the hospital about 6.15 p.m. and had a drink at the cafe at the front end of the car park. 

Yesterday morning, my husband realised he was missing his gold chain and cross (that I bought him over 35 years ago) and can only conclude that the clasp came undone. We think it is likely to be somewhere within the hospital or cafe that he lost it and are prepared to offer a small reward for it's safe return as he is very upset by its loss, so any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

We are travelling from Spain through France to the UK and have to get our dogs the treatment for worms, I believe, before going across to the UK and this has a short time limit on it (5 days?)  Can anybody recommend a vets we should visit in France in order to get this done just before getting on the ferry?

Also when coming back from the UK are there any last minute injections/ treatments we need.  The dogs have all the usual yearly vacines and will have had rabies shots before travel to the UK.

Hi all we have arrived today 19th and there seems to be no water supply to our property!! Do the supply people turn off the water sometimes in summer for a period of time? Strange question I know but just wanted to rule that one out as a possibility.  Many thanks

Can anyone tell me if anyone at Huercal Overa Town Hall speaks English, need to register for Padron and not sure what docs I will need. Is it relatively easy? We have deeds,NIE, passports.Will that be enough.

Hi all, we are in the process of property maintenance. We need a wooden window with shutters making (not sure if they are sold somewhere on the shelf), so was wondering if there was  a good carpentry firm available in Hurecal Overa or in Albox.
