Do we both have to go to the medical centre to change telephone details or can I do it for both of us or can we do it over the phone?

I’ve recently been advised by 2 pharmacies in the area, that medication that I’ve previously bought over the counter now prescription only.

Has anyone encountered this? 

I am not in the public health system as I’m under retirement age, so don’t have a repeat prescription. 
I do have private medical insurance so I’ll probably can arrange for a prescription, however my question is.. ...... has something changed in law recently?   Just curious.

My wife and I have been residents since 2005 and have a green residency certificate. We have been contacted by our bank this morning to tell us it is now invalid and we must get a TIE card. Does anybody know if we have to go all the way to Almeria foreign office or is there somewhere local. All the websites we've checked have conflicting information. Many thanks Jim

The other day I passed a group doing out door in Mojacar  ,, Saturday about 11am ,, does anyone know if there is a similar group in cuevas / Vera etc , I know Ali used to run a group at Armony beach club and I know she is still here ( I think ) she was on TV not long ago ,??? does anyone know of a group or yoga on the beach.

Hi All I hope everyone is keeping safe 

I know going to the hairdressers is not a priority but can I check ,, Are they all open and what is the hairdressers in las Palmeras like the one on the corner that looks a bit swish ,, or any other recommendations for a cut and highlights , ,that is if I can be brave enough to go !  I only have had a mobile hairdressers when in Spain and I do not want to do that now 

Have been having this problem over least few years. It cleans off less each year and gets larger area each year.

Who can say what is the cause ?

Hi all,

I opened a bank account with Sabadell and was told when I opened it I would not charged any fees to transfer money in euros from a French account to this account. I have just transfered 700 euros into this account as a test and have been charged 20 euros for doing this!!!

Can anyone suggest a bank that is not so expensive or fee free or is this normal for Spain?
