We have only been in the UK for a few years with Me having permanent resident status as a holder of an Italian passport and my wife a South African passport living here with residential status under my passport.

Looking for a holiday rental in Mojacar Playa for the last 2 weeks of September.....all being well..

Preferably 2 bedroom with communal pool and within walking distance of Playa/ restaurants etc.

having no use for our annual travel insurance policy this year we asked to cancel it and receive a refund of unused months we were surprised when the amount to be refunded was very low compared to the time left on it,  so we wrote to ask nicely how it had been worked out.  surprise to get another email to say they were very  sorry but they'd made an error and we were in fact owed another 52 euros!  so we received two thirds of the fee back after 4 months of the policy being live.  thanks to Europesure through Ibex insurance.-
