Long term rentals.

Hi all,thanks for letting me join your forum.

We currently live in Torrox Costa near Nerja , we've been here 3 years but are getting itchy feet and thinking of moving to the Vera area,we visited Vera last year and were really impressed.

My question is,what is the long term ( minimum of 1 year) rental situation in the area like?are there any rental agencies anyone can recommend,we plan on taking a trip to look around in October to find something for end of November/December time.

Any help/advice will be great.
