Hi. I live in Turre and have a UK Amazon account as well as a Spanish Amazon account. When in Spain I use the Spanish account and have no problems having deliveries to my my Spanish address. Also  no issues in returning goods. Spanish prime annual fees are half the price of UK fees but I never vii-a use UK account in Spain due to High delivery costs. 

Just put amazon.es on Search like you would for looking for anything else.  It isn'tl complicated, f you want to pay in euros.  I often use the amazon.uk as I often want to pay in Sterling and Amazon don't allow PayPal. 

Can I order and pay on my Amazon Prime English account, from England, and get it delivered in Spain?

Confirm Amazon works fine here whether it's .UK or .es. If you use the UK Amazon you will get delivery charges which you won't with .es.The problem here is the courier system they use.Invariably the couriers they use can't find your location,even if it's patently obvious where it is.I guess they get overloaded every day and it's easy just to say they can't find it....☹️
