Agua Amarga and San José beaches could be beaches you could try.  Both are very safe for bathing.

Your house looks lovely and is the type we are looking for.

The outside space looks good and the area is right.

We do however need a bit more internal space and although prepared to compromise on some things a third bedroom is unfortunately not one of them.
