Hi,

I have been a strong proponent of Telitec since we engaged them in October 22. However I am currently experiencing the third loss of internet this year, currently two days, latest telecom advise verged on don’t expect ir back on soon. A couple of months ago it went down for 5 days, No explanation, apology etc. I have been told by Customer Services it is a widespread problem and a lot of Telitec customers are affected. Is that true ?, I imagine like me, others can access the Web via their mobile etc, but that does not replace the home fibre setup at all. 56€ per month is not cheap so I would like Telitec to wake up and action their issues. My past work experiences lead me to doubt what I am told. I managed the W/Wide Data Hubs for AstraZeneca for 5 years and more recently 5 years Talk Talk Data Centres.

Will just have to wait and see, an untold period of time by the sounds of it !

All due credit to Telitec, it’s now up & running 😃

If you are looking for a more reliable service, Digimobil does Fibre Optic at 30€ a month for a 1 Gb/s connection.

I use them for home and shop, would highly recommend.
