looking to retire to San Juan area, 2 beds 2baths plus a communal pool. Any advice or suggestions, price range up,to 130k euros. Need ground floor and parking etc.? How does Los lobos or Pulpi compare? Many thanks Kay and Steven

We have a property Los Lobos. Very friendly and safe village. Handy for everywhere. Bars and restaurant in village. Beautiful views. Small shop, pharmacy, doctors surgery. Also bus to Almeria one way and Cartegena the other way. Bank and more bars and restaurant 5 mins away in Guazamara or San Juan less than 10 mins. Plenty of ex pat's who have lived there a long time. Excellent local garage. Gas, bread and fish van deliveries. Good value properties.
