A friend of mine , her husband had a stroke here in Spain and she is finding it very hard to cope herself , what help is there?

The social worker at the ayuntamiento can help. They have care workers who can assist with bathing, dressing etc. As far as I know it’s means tested, but not expensive. Our friend who availed of it said it was very good.
