Hi Guys,

We have just bought a property in the area and we have an electric water heater, we have a water supply but cannot seem to get hot water. Is there anyone you can recommend to come and look at this for us?

Thanks

Marianne

We have a brilliant chap from Puerto Lumbreras who services both our properties. BUT he is SPANISH, no English but for 14yrs he has been amazing. Totally.professional. He gutted & repaired our electric.water heater in Mojacar.when it leaked. A brit would undoubtedly have advised replacement but this is not the Spanish way. We.point & use whatsapp &'Google translate. Can send contact details for Domingo Lasso if you are interested.

Hi, Are you saying that you have hot water from some taps but but not all of them ?I just replaced an old electric water heater with a new one and havent had any problems,

Bit strange that you have hot water in some taps and not others if thats the case.

In the taps with no hot water have you turned on the taps and left them open in case theres an air lock ? Have you checked the thermostat under the boiler to see if it's at the right temperature and have you checked the fuse for the boiler if theres actually no water. If theres cold but no hot there could be dirt or rust in the tap filter, just quoting from past experiences.

Would again be Domingo. He gutted & fixed our electric water heater at.the apartment and the gas water.heater at the finca. Apologies but know my way around human plumbing and circuitry but useless at anything else. Wouldn't know where to look or start.
