Access to amenities from Las Terrazes Palomares

If you Google the apartment block you will see it also onUtube.

The Village itself has all you need to live such as Supermarket bakers chemist Bank etc .  .

Palomares Village is walkable to the beach .  

There is a bus service but very few.

A walk to Consum in Vera Playa which provides a better service from there .

Try before you buy.

I can let you have mine in Palomares at a goid rental price to see if you like the area .

Do you mean Terrazas del Almanzora?

If so, you are 700m from the sea, there are full time residents there over winter and visits from others Spanish Belgian and English. It is a one kilometer distance from Vera playa beach at the north end.

As stated there is a slow ten minute walk in this heat to the centre of Palomares and it has weekend entertainment and is busy all year as a Spanish village.

As of Saturday they managed to get rid of the administration company and are now discussing a way forward, so it would be good to contact your agent who is selling and the new President?
