If have no luck with Endesa may be worth contacting the town hall see if they know anything or can contact someone.  Best of luck!

Phoned Town Hall first - told me to contact Endesa - 6 numbers later and no help !!

That wasn't very helpful of them. Maybe pop in and see them or speak to Marisol upstairs.  Presume it is not just your property, you have checked consumer unit in house and the fuses in the meter cupboard?  I had one of the latter (30amp) go a couple of months back prob due to weather.

I changed electric companies as I did not find endesa very helpful and the lady in Olula office is not very nice if you do not speak Spanish
