I have a Big Tel 201 house phone and the keys have locked can any please help with someway to unlock the keys. This is the 2nd phone to do this so now Ivan stuck.

Ednab, If you google Big Tel 201 phone, then there is a user Manuel you can read, with instructions on how to unlock, Hopefully.

Thanks Jenni, I have tried that and followed the instructions but for some reason the phone will not unlock. I have been trying to find an email address but there is only a phone number, looks like I am going to phone them.
