Where can I buy spices and herbs near Mojacar?

I have never seen galangal or keffir lime leaves in a Spanish market stall, in this area anyway.  These herbs are used only in Indian and Tai cuisine I think.  I buy mine online or get family to bring this sort of thing  when they visit from the UK.  In general these spices are not known to the Spanish and if available will be quite  expensive.  Try Iceland or Super Turre for unusual spices.  Fresh rosemary grows wild and in many gardens.  Sometimes Consum, Carrefour or Alcampo sell little packets in their fruit & veg departments.  Lidl do it sometimes too, but here in a Almeria rarely.  Garden centres also sell rosemary plants.

You might struggle to find galangal but most markets, Lidl and Mercadona sell fresh ginger.  Chillies, we usually grow ourselves, although, Consum a Mercadona in Vera have them too.  There is a new Thai restaurant on valle de este golf course so that might be a good place to ask x K
