Is there an English speaking helpline for both Endesa and Galasa?
I am trying to find a phone number to talk to these companies about our direct debit and cannot find anyone to talk to in English.

If you have registered for the online service with Endesa they have a live English speaking online chat service which I have always found very helpful. Not sure about the water though as not even seen any form of billing just a direct debit taken from our bank for the Vera water company.
