Lake or river fishing

Hi all new to the area so finding my feet
Do anyone know of any carp lakes or good rivers to fish for sport (to put back in)
Also do I need a license

You need a licence it's a 3 day course in spanish to get a fishing and hunting federación card

The course is not hard ,I used a translater on my I pad ,its allowed as my spanish is not the best ,but I passed mines for shooting ,hunting but the same for fishing. Good luck
