Good morning in refrance to your post I used to fit karndean flooring in UK before I moved to spain plus carpets ,I now live in almeria. If you don't find any one I could fit for you 20 € a mtr but would need acomodación for 2 men also. If you bring form uk get the adhesive also , you may have to screed your floors also bags of screed here are about 26€ , hope I can help ,Tim

Thank you for your reply, can you tell me how long it would take to complete this amount of flooring over 2 floors please? I just need to get some ideas of costs ect. Can you lay the leveling compound over a tiled floor? the tiles are all solid, I just do not like them very much.

The Ground floor could be done first as I have a kitchen being delivered in September, I just need to get someone to take out the old kitchen before it can go down, but I am there from the 8th of August.

Hi garry my no is 0034 682718370 you can what's app me private if you like, however I would say if it's empty Property and no issues primer and screed a day and half,  should be dry in 24 hours laying no more than 5 or 6  days ide say  regards Tim
