My wife and i are looking for a villa to rent long term. We are retiring from the Post Office we have run for the past 12 years and have no children or pets. Would anyone who knows of anything available could you please let me know.

Although possibly further away from Mojacar than you would like, in
the next few days our townhouse in Palomares will be advertised for
short or long-term rental on https://www.ddpropertycarealmeria.com/
- I'm hanging the sitting room curtains from Next today and sorting out the
last few things so it will presumably only be a few days before it's up
on D&D's site. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and the town
centre where there are banks, a couple of small supermarkets,
hairdresser, ferreteria and a Wednesday market. A short distance to the
beach and also to Villaricos for the excellent Sunday market. The
property is fully furnished (most of it brand new) and has 2 bedrooms, 1
bathroom and 1 shower room, sitting room/dining room, kitchen (new
fridge/freezer and dishwasher, washing machine and oven are not new but
work well), British TV including Sky, wifi, airconditioning and fans in bedrooms and sitting/dining room, 4 terraces and direct
access to the communal pools. Sea view and views to Mojacar from the top
terrace.

The house is the the Las palmaras area of mojacar and rental would be 500 per month plus bills.
Would you like some pictures and further information? It's a great location with 360 panoramic views of the sea mountains and pueblo. Quite residential area 500 m from the beach.
