Hi My wife and I are both 65 years and are looking for a villa to rent long term from the end of September. We have no children or pets and are looking for something in a quiet area.

Not sure if this will help but if you dont find a villa to rent by the end of September and would like rent somewhere while you do your search we have a lovely large 2 bed apartment that is currently available from 1st November until the 10th of January.
The apartment is located a 3 minute walk from the beach very close to the hotel continental. It is in a small private gated complex of 20 mainly residential apartments and has secure of road parking and a private swimming pool.
The apartment has 2 very good sized bedrooms, a full sized 5 piece bathroom with full sized bath, shower & bidet, a large fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and a good sized lounge diner all tastefully furnished and freshly decorated.
There are two large (4m x 4m) terraces, one from the main bedroom and one from the lounge both of which have views of the sea and Mojacar Pueblo.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and has sky TV and WiFi.
