Long term rental 2/3 years

We have been living in Los Alcazares for over 2 yeas but the owner have found a buyer so we now want to move further down the coast the other side of Cartagena it would be we think September and have decided Almeria/ Mojcar would be perfect. We are looking for something similar to what we have at present a part furnished 3/4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms open plane or separate Kitchen and Lounge, pool private or communal and garage or carport. We are both seniors I am English and my husband is Italian. If you want to rent to someone who will look after your house as if it was our own we are the right couple.
