Is it easy and cheap to fly from Almeria Airport? - Page 2

Almeria isnt open during winter months, say october till late march/early april but whats wrong with flying into murcia ? Easy jet and I think ryannair fly there, we're in Urcal by Huercal overa and are 40 minutes from mojacar, roughly 1 hr 10 minutes from murcia. Easy to get car hire either on site or just minutes away by hire company shuttle.

Have you looked into flying in to Alicante ?, very much closer than Malaga which looks like around 5 hours from Almeria region.

We're flying partners Mom, Dad and Aunty into Alicante for Christmas and hiring a 7 seater some €65 cheaper than Murcia.

We tend to go with "DoYouSpain" for car hire comparisons.

Youre best options may be flying into Murcia, 90 minutes from our villa in Urcal near Huercal Overa or Alicante, cheaper car hire here, 2 hours drive to here.

Jet2 dont fly into Almeria after October 31st. Monarch used to fly all year round.

If you want to take a chance on a reasonable flight back to the UK then try Ryanair one ways, I found a flight from Stansted today for £16.99 into Murcia, they do flight checks if youre able to be flexible, it's the coming home bit they sting you with lol.
