Moving To Mojacar ? - Page 2

I have to agree about Mojacar Playa when we first found Mojacar Playa it was in the winter and we thought it was great but found it crowded in the summer and moved up the coast to Garrucha which is more a Spanish resort and not so hectic in the summer, also has a supermarket at each end of town.

If you're thinking of buying in an area eg. Mojacar or Garruche, how do you find out what the local council or Major/Mayoress have planned regarding building works, increased amenities etc. Would hate to buy in an area, only to see it change drastically over the years.
