Wherever you decide to try and relocate to, you may find work, even seasonal, hard to get in the coming months- especially as a result of the effects of the Covid pandemic on the Spanish economy. One thing that will be essential is that you have a GOOD level of Spanish, English and other languages ( French and German), backed up by some kind of official certification recognised in Spain. Good luck in realising your ambition.
