Forgive my ignorance but what is C19 and Iprem ?.
S1 pension requirements recently shot up from around €7500 up to €27000 ! Single person.
Speaking as a visitor just this afternoon to Imperial pizza with some friends I can tell you that Mojacar is/was really quiet, calm sea and cars parked along the beach road but they may be residents cars that have to park inland otherwise, some restaurants open but not all.
Would you not be somewhat better off renting a motor home ? Deals to be had. Spain and all its charms are/is a big place, but motorway links are awesome.
Partner owns a villa in a quiet hamlet inland called Urcal, close by Huercal Overa, 40 minutes or so from Mojacar/ Garrucha, 30 from Vera, great local hospital, 1.5 bars, school, doctors surgery, we love it here, we have a great group of friends, mostly ex-pats but don't live in each other's pockets as the saying goes.
Yes you need a car, transport links are almost non existent, forget trains till the 12th of never lol, we're 8 minutes from the motorway nth/sth, 12 minutes from H/O. Loads more to say but we're just one of many great places especially if you want somewhere peaceful and quiet
