Which is what I say, read it?? A 'partnership' without supporting certificate is not a partnership in the eyes of the law. Yours is certified is it not?
No it's not. We each have wills.

Very helpful member
So apx £120 pounds for a 'marriage' in the UK problem solved
Hi Tricia my husband andI moved to spain last july before the changes we have our residency. I suspect you will be ok as you proberly already know. I advise to look at the websites on google which are in formative. We were able to apply for an S1 form from uk which covers medical treatment in spain and also uk. You will have to find out if Ireland has a similar system. It only covers people who are receiving state pension.
Hope this is of some help.
