Does anyone have any experience of applying for a 'Menor obras' licence with Mojacar ayuntamiento? (It would be in regard to rennovation of bathroom and kitchen)
What is the process and what do they require for the application?

i believe you will need your quote for the work and your NIE/Tie number and just go in to the townhall to do it

In Vera we had to show our padron too, yep I know they issue it but the man still wanted it🙄🙄. Had to have a properly written quote. Once it's issued we then went to the bank and paid the licence. Your builder takes the licence to the dump when he disposed of the building waste, they stamp it and then you go back to the townhall and they refund most of the fee. We had a small terrace done and the eventual fee was 19 euros
