MOJACAR ESTATES have 2 apts in our Block. Block 1, Pueblo Altico, Calle Rambla, Mojacar Playa. Cannot / would not recommend Apt. 3 but the other, I think 17-'is lovely.

Hi we have a three bedroom ground floor apartment ready end September in Marina de la Torre.  It has two bathrooms plus a secure personal underground parking space.  The apartment has a large L shaped sun patio terrace and is fully enclosed so ideal for dogs.  Fully furnished.  Communal pool.  On the flat (no hills). Beach approx 400 metres away with beach bars etc. Walking distance also to golf course and large supermarket. 3 mins drive to Mojacar Centre and close to Garrucha.

Hello again. We are looking for 550€ pcm. Tenant to pay bills. We will pay annual council tax.  There is a small sea view from the terrace.  It is fully enclosed so ideal for dogs. We have some photos if you are interested.  Gorgeous area with some 4 star hotels nearby. Available end September.
