Can anyone tell me what the snorkelling is like in Mojacar opposite the Algeria Palacio Thanks

Best snorkeling is playa Los Muertos past Carbonefas on the cabo de gato road.

In Mojacar its a bit grubby on the sea-bed on all the main beaches. Also you need flat calm days for snorkeling, otherwise very murky

Playa El Sombrerico up past Macenas quite good.

Up beyond Villaricos there are some nice cleaner coves like Penon Cortado which is a lovely little cove (although it's a bit of a goat track to get to it).

Thanks I was hoping for snorkelling in walking distance near the Club Marina golf at Mojacar as we won’t have a car
