Nudist beach - Page 2

A walk along any of the beaches in Mojacar on any summer day and you'll see plenty of women going topless, didn't think it was illegal just a personal choice...

At the risk of rattling a hornets nest my advice is use your own judgement. Be discreet. Don't offend people. 

There is no specific Spanish law that says you cannot be naked or even topless anywhere. However, many municipalities, place restrictions on nudity and degrees of nudity. Whether these restrictions are lawful is an open debate. As far as I am aware there is no restriction to being topless on Mojacar beaches.

There is a section right at the end of Mojacar beach ( Macenas ) where nudity is regularly practised and as far as I am aware accepted by the authorities.

I have seen many people topless on the Playa del Palmeral  around the Continental Hotel and further towards Garrucha.

There is a big difference between topless and naked. Naked should be restricted to the naked beach areas, and topless you are allowed to be on any beach as it has been ever since the second-wave feminism.

Hi Devo, I wasn't in the first wave I created the first wave LOL. a right little hippy raver O what fun, what memories wouldn't change a thing. My poor Mum and Dad despaired of me. I think our generation have had the best of the world, My husband says they broke the mould, not sure thats a compliment.
