Recommendations on hedging

Hi all. Looking for advice and recommendations on what is the best plants to use for hedging please? We have an area which will be approx. 10m in total length x 1m wide that we are looking to plant up. Ideally something that is fairly fast growing and is hardy and wind resistant.
