Bad news for Irish customers. I wonder if it will boost the usual Jet2 LBA - LEI  Saturday afternoon/evening flight?

There is no truth in suggesting that Ryanair are to ditch LEI as a destination. A pal tells me she tried a dummy booking MAN to LEI and it would have worked. She says destinations often disappear while the coming year schedules are being planned, but will usually return. in other words wait a while and see. Her message to me :- However, whoever posted that doesn't know how Ryanair work. Routes often disappear while they are amending schedules. I've just looked and there are flights from Manchester to Almeria 3 times weekly from 31st March through to October. Presumably the same applies from STN.

Hello All, I was looking into the flights from Ryanair to Almeria and I see as of yesterday 18th Jan 2024 that Ryanair have removed Almeria from their list of airports so no flights from Ryanair into Almeria for the foreseeable future.

It is probaly due to the fact that Boing are way behind on supplying over 60 aircraft to Ryanair which should have been in service by now !!!!!....

...

Regards

Sorry Roland, but I am tending to agree with Francis. Last week Ryanair had Almeria as a destination although with no dates of flights. Now the Dublin - Almeria flight appears to be ditched by Ryanair. I started this thread because I heard a rumour that Ryanair were ditching Dublin - Almeria because of airline usage charges at Dublin Airport. The rumour was on info from another forum.

Wait and see. As for the 60 delayed 737 deliveries that has been known about for nearly 2 years. My friend assures me the Dublin service will return.
