The night of the candles has been postponed since it'll be raining says the Mojácar town hall in a press release. ´
postponed until September 30th email received from townhall today poor people who came especially for it and booked hotel. Bad weather expected all week according to app.

Re night of the Candles I heard its been cancelled until the 30th September, due to bad weather.

As other people have posted The Night of the Candles was cancelled and has now been rescheduled for 30th September. We had torrential rain on Saturday and the evening would have been an absolute washout, however my friends and I still went to the restaurant and had a lovely evening as did others as the car parks were still full.
