My brother in law has returned to the UK his spnish car was written off over here and scrapped,how can he let traffico? know he no longer owns the car
he will have to de register it with Trafico by going in person with the car documents, how has he dealt with the insurance if it was a write off?

it was not his fault so the other drivers insurance paid out, the problem is he has no intention of returning toSpain

probably not and they still want the paperwork in trafico best contact someone like CATS at La Alfoquia they will advise you what you can do.
