Hopefully some members can answer this question. After going through previous threads a lot of people in Mojacar recommenced Telplay for their internet service. Yesterday called into their store in Vera and they told me that they couldn’t do internet in Mojacar Playa as they didn’t have any towers any more which I found very surprising.

Have people therefore changed to different suppliers or are not living now in the area ?

Thank you.

depending if you can have fibre optic or not the most used in our block seems to be Next but the fibre optic is a better option for use and price.
Airnet in Garrucha have 3 different packages for fibre the most expensive includes tv services and a free 24inch tv.

Next is more expensive for their smallest services.

Airnet fibre optics can be obtained in Mojacar via Acacio phones which is located opposite Lopez. I transferred my account from Garrucha to there when we moved to La Rumina / El Palmeral.

Thanks to those who have responded, much appreciated.

PhilBr, can I ask which package you want for and if that included the tv option?

Also have you found it to be reliable?

Thank you.

I went for the 600MB option with TV package (also includes phone line which I don’t use) for Euro 35 per month. The coverage area from the wi-fi router is small so we added a small router that fitted in a plug socket to extend the coverage.

Reliable service with friendly staff who came out to install it.

Only downside is that the iPlayer and equivalents for U.K. channels don’t work over here. Easily resolved using iPad and vpn.
