Hi, I live in Velez-Rubio and have my TV connect via a Miraz box that a friend installed last year. I do often get buffering stop/delays and trouble connecting (I have telpay internet which is good). Can you help? Many thanks Dave

Hi Dave if you are buffering or stopping it can only be a couple of things your internet is not strong enough, your tv channels supplier has not got enough servers for all his customers or you need to clear your cache if you do not clean the cache it gets all blocked up and everything go slower if you want me yo video call you it’s no problem and I can see what the problem is by going through the setting or look at the system mr number is 07957421930
