Paying bills via wefferent account

Hi all, need advice.

I have a wefferent account with cajamar bank.I have just received my first electric bill, with energiaXXI , endesa (still in the name of the previous owners, which my abigado says is fine).

I am trying to pay it via my App, because it does not have a scan code on the bill i cannot pay it at the ATM. I do not understand the wuedtions it is asking? Issuer entity for one.

Does anyone have the same energy supplier and also uses the wefferent app that could help me please?
